I am doing as OK as possible. It can be very difficult to distinguish the difference between cancer pain and fibro pain. I am alive today because of an accidental discovery of the cancer. Otherwise Fibromyalgia would have prevented me from seeking potentially life saving cancer treatment and I would not be here to tell the tale. The moral of the story: get all of your regular cancer screenings and pray that you do not get some kind of cancer that is not screenable.
I sure hope you are feeling better now. We really have to learn to pace ourselves with this, don't we?
